SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 8 Relating to the division of the                                       
Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, was read the second time.                                           
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                      
resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and                                   
placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
